Shipping
We offer a variety of products. Since we take e-mail orders we are able to make flexible arrangements to suit our customers' needs. Our shipments within South Africa are delivered via postal services, which take 7-10 days. International orders go via Airmail or Ship depending on the customer's e-mail instruction.
Packaging
All items are securely wrapped in protective wrapping, with bubble wrap if necessary, and posted in strong envelopes or boxes. Every care is taken to ensure that items arrive in pristine condition.
Customs
Depending on the customs laws of your country you may have to pay some duty when you collect your parcel. Note that books shipped to EU countries from South Africa are ZERO rated and have no customs payable.
Returns
If any products shipped to you are defective, please return them within three weeks for an exchange or refund.
